A tropical cocktail with pineapple and peach schnapps.

- ABV: 10%
ส่วนผสม
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 30 ml
- Peachtree peach schnapps — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Mint leaves — 10 fresh
วิธีทำ
- BLEND all ingredients with a small scoop of crushed ice.
- Fine strain into glass (push through sieve using back of a bar spoon).
