Passion Fruit Rum Punch
A cocktail with passion fruit, rum, and champagne.

- Passion fruit — 1 1⁄2 fresh
- White overproof rum — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Passion fruit syrup — 15 ml
- Brut Champagne — Top up with
วิธีทำ
- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
- Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- CHURN (stir) and then top with champagne.
