Passion Punch
A refreshing punch with passion fruit and gin.

ส่วนผสม
- Passion fruit — 1 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 22.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
วิธีทำ
- Cut passion fruit in half and SCOOP flesh into blender.
- Add other ingredients and BLEND with 6oz scoop crushed ice.
- Serve with straws.
