Passion Fruit Sour
A light cocktail with passion fruit and egg white.

- ABV: 13%
ส่วนผสม
- White (charcoal-filtered) 1-3 year old light rum — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Passion fruit syrup — 15 ml
- Egg White — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Add all to shaker of ice.
- Shake vigorously to froth egg whites.
- Strain into a coupe or rocks glass with or w/o ice.
