• Passion fruit — 2 fresh
• Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
• Passion fruit syrup — 15 ml
• Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with

วิธีทำ

1. Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
2. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
3. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
