Eastern Standard (Soho House Tonic)
A refreshing cocktail with cucumber and mint.

- Cucumber (fresh) — 3 slice
- Mint leaves — 3 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 50 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 12.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with thin slice cucumber.
