Eastside Gimlet
A refreshing cocktail with cucumber and mint.

- ABV: 17%
ส่วนผสม
- Cucumber (fresh) — 2 slice
- Mint leaves — 8 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- Add gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and mint.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- TOP with a splash of soda.
