Easy Street
A refreshing cocktail with cucumber and gin.

- Cucumber (fresh) — 3 slice
- Rutte Dry Gin — 45 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 50 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
