• Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
• Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 15 ml
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with mandarin zest.
