Angel's Draft
A refreshing cocktail with rum and citrus notes.

- แก้ว: Coupe glass

- ตกแต่ง: Grapefruit zest twist (discarded) & mint leaf
- ABV: 17%
ส่วนผสม
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Agave Syrup — 7.5 ml
- Bob's Grapefruit Bitters — 1 dash
- Mint leaves — 3 fresh
- Pasteurised egg white — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
