A cocktail with notes of orange and cognac.

- Orange marmalade — 1 spoon
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
- Licor 43 Original liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR heaped spoon of orange marmalade with cognac in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
