A refreshing cocktail with Amontillado and pineapple.

• ตกแต่ง: Two dashes of bitters to colour ice crown & pineapple wedge
• ABV: 11%

ส่วนผสม

• . Amontillado Sherry — 60 ml
• Blended Scotch whisky — 15 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Pineapple sugar syrup — 12.5 ml
• Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
• Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 1 spoon

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with two dashes of bitters and a pineapple wedge.
