Aged negroni
A classic cocktail with aged campari and gin.

- Campari Bitter liqueur — 25 ml
- Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin — 25 ml
- Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth — 25 ml
วิธีทำ
- Age some campari, monkey 47 and antica formula at equal measures in a jar with 5 chargrilled oak sticks.
- After a month, take 75ml and stir over ice as a classic negroni.
