- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 30 ml
- Chilled water — 75 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
