Scotch Adonis
An elegant cocktail based on Scotch and sherry.

- 잔: Old-fashioned glass

- 가니시: Orange zest twist (discarded)
- ABV: 15%
재료
- Blended/vatted Scotch malt whisky — 30 ml
- Oloroso sherry — 30 ml
- Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 30 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash
- Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 15 ml
만드는 법
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Preferably over a chunk of block ice.
