- Avallen Calvados — 30 ml
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 30 ml
- Giffard Grenadine syrup — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an Old-fashioned glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
