A cocktail with bourbon and lemon.

- Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Soda from siphon — Top up with

- SHAKE first six ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with soda.
