- Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 45 ml
- Skinos Mastiha — 30 ml
- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 5 ml
- Birch water — 30 ml
- Bob's Liquorice bitters — 8 drop

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
