Adam's Singapore Sling (Variation on Dale DeGroff)
A classic cocktail with gin and pineapple.

- Gin — 45 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- Cherry brandy liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) — 2 dash
- Bénédictine D.O.M. — 10 ml
- Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 10 ml
作り方
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with pineapple slice and Luxardo maraschino cherry.
