Pisco Munnar Sour
Un cocktail con pisco e tè verde.
- Metodo: Frullare
- Bicchiere: Old-fashioned glass
- Ghiaccio: Ghiaccio
- Guarnizione: Aggiungere due gocce di amargo chuncho.
- Gradazione: 12%
Ingredienti
- BarSol Supremo Mosto Verde Italia Pisco — 60 ml
- Succo di lime (spremuto fresco) — 20 ml
- Tè verde (freddo) — 40 ml
- Albume pastorizzato — 15 ml
- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 30 ml
- Amargo Chuncho bitters — 2 drop
Preparazione
- Frullare lime e zucchero per sciogliere lo zucchero.
- Aggiungere pisco, albume, tè verde e ghiaccio e frullare di nuovo.
- Servire in un bicchiere.
