• Clove — 2 dried
• Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
• Apple juice — 90 ml
• Single cream / half-and-half — Float

Cara membuatnya

1. MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker.
2. Add cognac and apple juice.
3. SHAKE without ice and fine strain into glass.
4. WARM in microwave then FLOAT double cream over drink.
