Bahan

• Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
• Pineau des Charentes blanc — 45 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 1⁄2 fresh
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash

Cara membuatnya

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
