Sazerac is a classic cocktail with a rich flavor that combines bourbon and aromatic bitters.

• Ricard — 1 tsp
• Cukor — 1/2 tsp superfine
• Peychaud bitters — 2 dashes
• Víz — 1 tsp
• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Citromhéj — 1 twist of

Hogyan készítsd el

1. Chill the old-fashioned glass and rinse it with absinthe.
2. Add crushed ice to the glass and set it aside.
3. In a shaker, stir the remaining ingredients over ice.
4. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass.
5. Strain the drink into the glass.
6. Add the lemon peel for garnish.
