The Rum Pickle
A cocktail with rum and white balsamic vinegar.

- Bacardi Gold rum — 45 ml
- Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine — 20 ml
- White balsamic vinegar — 1 spoon
- White caster sugar — 1 spoon

- STIR all ingredients without ice to dissolve sugar.
- Then STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
