A refreshing cocktail with rum and pineapple juice.

- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — 15 ml
- Manzanilla sherry — 15 ml

- Stir the rum, liqueur and sherry together with ice until very cold.
- Strain into a Sling glass filled with ice.
- Top up with pineapple juice.
