The Cheeky Merchant of Venice
A cocktail with honey and aperitif, topped with aquafaba.

- ABV: 20%

- Vodka — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Aquafaba (chickpea water) — 15 ml
- Aperol Aperitivo — 60 ml
- Eucalyptus honey — 10 ml

- STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve.
- Add other ingredients and DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Top with Aquafaba.
