A gin and honey cocktail inspired by Earl Grey tea.

- Gin infused with Earl Grey tea — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Honey flavoured whiskey — 15 ml
- Honey sugar syrup — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Alternatively, if making with raw honey, STIR honey with lemon and orange juice until dissolved, then add gin and SHAKE.
