A cocktail with cognac and soda, served with a straw.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 30 ml
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 30 ml
- Rutte Sloe Gin — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Salt — 1 pinch
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 60 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass (no ice in glass).
- POUR soda into drink slowly from a height in order to build a thick foamy head.
