- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice — 3
- Egg White — 1
- Sugar half a glass rim--

- For the Earl Grey-infused gin: mix 750 mL Tanqueray gin and 4 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea, shake, let sit for two hours, strain through a fine sieve.
