Συστατικά
- Brandy, whisk(e)y, gin, rum κ.λπ. — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 ζάχαρη προς 1 νερό πλούσιο σιρόπι) — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
Πώς να το φτιάξεις
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick.
