A classic cocktail with tsipouro and rum.

- O/Purist Tsipouro — 50 ml
- Navy rum (54.5% alc./vol.) — 20 ml
- Vanilla sugar — 12.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash

- Strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
- Garnish with an orange zest twist.
