Συστατικά
- Rutte Dry Gin — 45 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 7.5 ml
Πώς να το φτιάξεις
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
- POUR Chartreuse into a long-handled metal measuring cup, ignite and then carefully pour flaming Chartreuse into drink.
