- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice) — 1 gram
- Chá mate — 30 ml
- Albumin / powdered egg white — 1⁄2 spoon

- Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- First dry shake it then shake it with ice.
