A cocktail with cognac and Strega liqueur.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 22.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Egg yolk — 1 fresh
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
