Wolf Ticket
A cocktail with peach and bourbon.

- Peach (fresh & ripe - skinned & diced) — 1⁄2 fresh
- Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
- Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE peach in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
