A cocktail with berries and cream.

- Raspberries (fresh) — 10 fresh
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 2 fresh
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
- Disaronno amaretto — 22.5 ml
- Giffard Fraise des Bois — 15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 30 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 45 ml
วิธีทำ
- Muddle raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker.
- Add next four ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Lightly whip cream and float over drink.
