- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 10 ml
- Caorunn Gin — 45 ml
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 15 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 30 ml
- Egg White — 1 fresh
วิธีทำ
- Rinse chilled glass with sherry and set aside.
- SHAKE other ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into rinsed glass.
