Tobago Coconut Flip
A cocktail with coconut milk and cinnamon.

- 1 oz Thai coconut milk — 1
- 1 oz Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps — 1/4
- Ground cinnamon

- VARIATION: For those who enjoy cinnamon, add an additional 1/4 oz of the cinnamon schnapps.

- Shake liquid ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon over the top, and float the orange blossom on top.
