The World Is Burning
A spicy and refreshing cocktail with tequila and peppers.

- ABV: 15%

- Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 30 ml
- Mango juice — 30 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Peach (fresh & ripe - skinned & diced) — 4 wedge
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Blanco tequila (100% agave) — 90 ml
วิธีทำ
- Infuse tequila with jalapeños, Anaheim peppers, and Serrano peppers for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
- Purée peaches.
- Combine all ingredients in shaker and serve over ice, or blend in blender with ice for frozen margarita.
