The Saint
A cocktail with bourbon and grapefruit juice.

- Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
- Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine) — 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Ginger sugar syrup — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with quarter slice grapefruit on rim.
