• Caorunn Gin — 60 ml
• Apple juice — 30 ml
• Yuzu juice — 22.5 ml
• *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 30 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over block ice).
2. Preferably use a block of ice.
