• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
• Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao — 10 ml
• Green Chartreuse liqueur — 5 ml
• Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 5 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
