• Pedro Ximénez sherry — 15 ml
• *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 15 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Pimento bitters — 2 dash
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
