• Ketel One Vodka (infused with lavender) — 35 ml
• Suze gentian liqueur — 15 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
• Honey water (1:1) — 20 ml
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
• Bob's Grapefruit Bitters — 2 dash

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
