A refreshing cocktail with gin and lime juice.

• Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
• Chilled water — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
