A refreshing cocktail with sherry and fruits.

- Fino sherry — 75 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 30 ml
- St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
