Sweet Manhattan (batched recipe)
Sweet Manhattan is a rich-flavored cocktail, perfect for parties.

- แก้ว: Coupe glass

- ตกแต่ง: Orange zest twist (discarded) & Luxardo maraschino cherry
- ABV: 30%
ส่วนผสม
- Bourbon whiskey — 300 ml
- Straight rye whiskey (100 proof / 50% alc./vol.) — 300 ml
- Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 300 ml
- Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur — 25 ml
- Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur — 25 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 10 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- Combine all ingredients and stir (without ice).
- POUR into a litre bottle and leave to chill in a refrigerator.
- To serve, STIR 2 shots / 2oz / 60ml of the bottled mixture with ice and strain into chilled glass.
