St Clemence
A refreshing cocktail with gin and tonic.

- แก้ว: Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
- น้ำแข็ง: Ice
- ตกแต่ง: Lemon zest twist (discarded) & mint sprig bouquet
- ABV: 9%
ส่วนผสม
- Rutte Dry Gin — 40 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water — 75 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass charged with half of the tonic water.
- TOP with rest of tonic.
