- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 15 ml
- Jägermeister — 7.5 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 2.5 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
