A cocktail with Irish whiskey and mint.

- Irish whiskey — 50 ml
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — 10 ml
- Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe — 10 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 1 dash
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 10 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- TOP with splash soda.
